About Us
The Moorings is owned and operated by Chameleon Pub Company. It is a unique pub venue offering exceptional warmth and hospitality.
The restaurant can comfortably seat up to 30 people for dining as a group. The main bar area also seats about 50 people. The Moorings caters for a wide range of events: Birthdays, wedding buffets, product launches, meetings, private dining, bespoke menus, tour groups and informal pub meals.
We pride ourselves on a seasonally changing menu offering traditional fayre with all ingredients sourced locally. The canal side location provides a relaxing backdrop to dining. The staff are friendly and professional and are very proud of the hospitality and service they offer. The outside seating area is a real suntrap and when possible all meals may be served outside. We also have extensive FREE parking.
We regularly hold events, every Monday we have a fun quiz with prizes and supper and every weekend on Fridays and Saturdays we offer our popular Steak Nights. Please view our events calender.
